YILI PET bottle recycling and washing line is your complete solution for turning dirty bales of PET bottles into clean PET flakes, which are ready for usage in producing polyester staple fiber or further processing into plastic granules via pelletizing. We offer standard PET bottle washing line with capacities from 500kg/h up to 3000kg/h. We also do customer-made washing lines with higher capacities.  

The whole PET washing line is fully automatic. Each pieced of key important machine is connected with each other by screw loader or belt conveyor. The whole washing line controlled by general control cabinet.

Technology Process


Debaler Machine

Many times, the PET bottles come in bales, all bottles are compacted and tied with metal wires. The debaler machine is used to open the PET bale and loose the PET bottles, let them go smoothly to next step of machine.



Trommel Separator

The trammel separator is the preliminary sorting machine for PET loose bottles, through this machine, many dirties and caps coming together with PET bottles will be removed.



Label Separator

After the PET bottles passing the trammel separator, it will come to the label separator to remove the caps and labels of the PET bottles. Our PET label separator is specially designed with 2000 pieces of small scraping knives, which can remove the PET bottle labels more than 98%.



Wet Granulator / Crusher

The crusher is used to crush PET bottles into small pieces. Normally the mesh size for PET flakes is 12mm to 18mm, we make according to customers’ requirement. The crusher is installed with hard-alloyed crushing knives, which can bear long –time PET crushing.




Hot washing tank

Hot washing tank in PET washing line is to remove the difficult contaminants on PET bottle flakes, such as glue, grease/oil and some other left-overs. Our hot washing tank is separated with ten small washing chambers, which will let the first-in material firstly go out, so that the whole system is continuously working, not like the traditional type which works batch by batch.



High speed Friction Washer

The high speed frication washer is to remove the dirties on surface of PET flake by high speed frication and cold water spray washing.



Floating tank

The large floating tank is to separate the float material from PET flakes, such as PE PP caps, labels. All the PET flakes will sink and be taken out at end of floating tank via screw loader.



Centrifugal Dryer

The dryer uses centrifugal or “spinning” force to remove a portion of the water from the PET flakes. It can remove more than 99% of water from PET flakes.



Air sorting machine

The three stage air sorting machine is the final step to remove the labels from PET flakes. The PET flakes will go to final storage tank, and the labels will be collected by another silo.
