Single Screw Extruder
YILI single screw extruder introduces the newest technology from Germany, which is a kind of single screw extruder with high output applied to HDPE large diameter up to 2500mm pipes, being an ideal equipment for extruding HDPE large diameter pipes.
The single screw extruder adopts the design-optimized barrier screw and its matched slotting barrel, as well as the spiral groove feeding section with temperature control system, which ensures the high-efficient and stable extrusion of multiple polyolefin raw materials. The extrusion linearity is excellent and the output fluctuation is small.
Different specifications and L/D ratio match the extrusion production requirements of different output and material.
